Fresh Greens with Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette

For the dressing:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and vinegar. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes until sugar has dissolved. Let cool.



2. Once cooled, whisk in the oil and mustard. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one month or until ready to use.



For the salad:
1. In a large bowl combine mixed greens, chopped radishes, and cucumber. Top with toasted nuts.

2. Serve immediately and drizzle with sweet dijon dressing.
