How To Prepare
1. Place the almonds on a small sheet pan and bake at 350°F (180℃) for 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool.


2. Whip whipping cream until half-stiff. Add sifted Redpath ® Icing Sugar and whip until stiff and peaks form. Reserve in fridge until after shaking the milkshake.


3. Add the ice cream, malted milk powder, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.


4. Slightly dampen the rim of the glass with water and then dip rim into the toasted almonds.


5. Pour the milkshake into the glass, and garnish with whipped cream, a chocolate wafer or malt chocolate balls, and chocolate sprinkles.

- If enjoying this as an adult treat, add 3 tbsp (44 ml) of coffee liqueur to each milkshake while reducing the amount of milk to 5 tbsp (74 ml).
