How to Use

1. On clean damp skin, or in the shower, take a small amount of the scrub and apply it to your face and or body, then very gently massage it all over your skin. If using on your face, be extra gentle. On more calloused areas, like your heels, you can rub the scrub in more vigorously.

2. After exfoliating, rinse the scrub off with warm water. The coconut oil will leave behind a bit of residue; you can either massage this into your skin, as coconut is a natural moisturizer, or if you prefer, rinse it off with a bit of soap and water.

Note: For sensitive skin, you may want to use the scrub 3 times per week or less.
