How to prepare:

1. In a food processor, combine the pineapple pieces, Redpath Golden Yellow Sugar, kosher salt and candied ginger. Pulse until the pineapple is in small pieces.

2. To the pineapple sugar, add in the remaining ingredients and pulse 5-6 times to combine.How to prepare:1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, and stir with a wooden spoon.

3. Use the pineapple spice rub right away on your favourite meats and vegetables, or store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.

Garlic and Herb Rub

1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, and stir with a wooden spoon.

Sweet-with-Heat Brown Sugar Rub

1. In a medium bowl, add in the Redpath dark brown sugar, breaking up any large pieces with a fork or spoon.


2. Add in the remaining ingredients and toss to combine with a wooden spoon.

3. Use the Sweet-with-Heat rub right away on your favourite meats and vegetables, or store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
