Make Your Own Gluten Free Flour

With gluten intolerance awareness on the rise it’s good to have a gluten-free flour substitute on hand that you can use. The key things you need to include when omitting wheat flour are starch, fiber and protein. This blend gives you a good balance of each of these building blocks, but it’s good to keep in mind that while there is no perfect substitute for wheat flour in every recipe you can get pretty close by blending your own and adjusting as needed. At the end of the day your gluten-free friends will thank you.
