Frostings 101: Vegan Frosting
3 cups of frosting
What you need:
- 1 cup (250 mL) coconut oil, at room temperature
- 2 cups (500 g) Redpath Icing Sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
How to prepare:
1. Using handheld beaters, a stand mixer, or a wooden spoon, beat the coconut oil and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Add 1/2 cup (125 g) of icing sugar at a time, beating well after each addition.
