Maple Whipped Cream

For the finishing touch on almost any dessert, nothing beats a fluffy mound of real whipped cream. We’ve sweetened our recipe with a touch of Brown & Maple Sugars for the perfect Canadian topping, or to use as a fabulous fruit dip. (And if you just eat it with a spoon, we won’t tell!)

2 cups (8 ¼ cup servings)

PREP TIME

5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet (14 g) Redpath© Brown & Maple Sugars
  • 1 cup (232 g) chilled heavy whipping cream

INSTRUCTIONS

In the bowl of a stand mixer, or bowl with electric beaters, whip the cream and Redpath© Brown & Maple Sugars together on high until stiff peaks form, about 2 - 3 minutes.



 

Serve immediately.

  • Dust each serving with additional Redpath© Brown & Maple Sugars for extra flavour and colour if desired
