Maple Whipped Cream
2 cups (8 ¼ cup servings)
- 1 packet (14 g) Redpath© Brown & Maple Sugars
- 1 cup (232 g) chilled heavy whipping cream
In the bowl of a stand mixer, or bowl with electric beaters, whip the cream and Redpath© Brown & Maple Sugars together on high until stiff peaks form, about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Dust each serving with additional Redpath© Brown & Maple Sugars for extra flavour and colour if desired
